Intake

This session helps us get a clearer picture of you and your needs. We’ll also discuss any preferences you have for therapy style or approach and if psychiatry is a part of that process.

Matching You with the Right Provider: After your intake, we’ll assign you to the therapist who best matches your needs and goals. Whether you’re looking for individual therapy, family counseling, or a combination of both, we’ll ensure that you have the right fit. Graduation
Transitioning to Continued Support: As you progress through your treatment, you’ll work with your therapist to celebrate the progress you’ve made. Graduation from therapy doesn’t mean we’re leaving you behind – it means you’ve reached a place where you’re ready to take on the world with the tools and support you need to thrive. If additional services are needed, we’ll coordinate that for you. And even after graduation, we’ll always be here for continued support, guidance, and connection.
